A mobile field application can record daily activities, labour, equipment, incidents, photographs and notes against the relevant location or work package. The form is designed around the team and the way it actually reports.

Required fields, timestamps, authorship and review states help distinguish a draft observation from an approved record. Offline capture and synchronization are scoped and tested when the site requires them.

Ask questions with the source in view

The copilot works with the agreed project documents, daily reports, instructions and revisions. Answers should identify the supporting document and page, and distinguish the current version from superseded information.

When the evidence is incomplete or conflicting, the system must expose the uncertainty. It is a controlled route into the project information, not a substitute for technical judgement or a guarantee that every question has a reliable answer.

Evidence-backed progress and draft valuations

Link daily records to work items and agreed measurement rules to prepare progress summaries and proposed quantities. Relevant photographs, reports and approvals remain available for review.

Draft valuations and payment applications require validation by the designated technical and commercial teams. The system does not automatically authorize payment, certify unverified work or replace the contractual measurement process.

Keep changes, costs and responsibilities visible

Track modifications, pending decisions and incidents alongside the documents that explain them. Views can be tailored to the site manager, foreman, commercial team and company management.

The aim is to make missing evidence, unresolved issues and discrepancies easier to detect. Savings are not guaranteed: outcomes depend on adoption, data quality, integrations and the controls used by the project.

Start with one practical workflow

We define the records, permission model, source documents and acceptance checks for a pilot. Existing reporting, ERP or document systems are integrated when included in the agreed scope.

Available for construction teams worldwide. Country-specific certification rules, languages and contract requirements must be identified before implementation. Public tender preparation remains a separate service offered in Spain only.
