Resurfacing of an airfield
We started from the paving reports of an airport resurfacing project carried out between April and June. The application sorts them, classifies them by layer and flags the ones that need checking before measurement.

- Subcontractors
- The subcontractor's measurement is cross-checked against the reports: tonnage differences, days without data and items outside the contract.

- The schedule of rates is linked to each item, so production can be valued without leaving the application.
- Result
- Cross-checking the 56 reports, the application found that the running total on the production sheet was 300 t short of the sum of reports from report no. 33 onwards, plus a duplicated report and one at 8.6 t/m against about 3.1 t/m usual for the surface course. These are the errors that reach the valuation if nobody spots them.

The foreman picks the work front on the map, enters quantities, labour and plant, and attaches photos and delivery notes. The record reaches the office with its author, time and location.

Does it replace the company's ERP or estimating software?
No. It captures what happens on site and prepares it for your systems. Integration with the ERP, measurement software or document management system is defined after reviewing their interfaces.
Does it work on sites without mobile coverage?
Yes, when the scope requires it: the application stores records on the phone and synchronises them when the connection returns.
Does the AI approve quantities or payment applications?
No. The copilot searches, cross-checks and prepares drafts with their sources. Quantities, rates and payment applications are approved by the designated people.
Can it be adapted to the way we work?
It is a bespoke application: forms, statuses, permissions and outputs are defined with your team, starting from a pilot project.
Where is the project data stored?
Hosting, the AI provider and its terms are agreed with the company before any documents are uploaded. Code ownership and data export are set from the outset.
