What we do
We model once and reuse the same geometry to coordinate, plan and communicate. The method statement, the programme, the drawings and the video all describe exactly the same project.
We rebuild architecture, structure, civil works and building services from plans, sections and details. CAD files are not needed to get started.
We link the model to the construction programme to recreate the whole build: existing conditions, demolition, concurrent work fronts, erection, finishes and commissioning.
The project on its real terrain, explored phase by phase from any browser or phone. It is the format that accompanies our technical proposals.
Interior and exterior images to assess the project before it is built: materials, light, landscape and how the infrastructure fits into its surroundings.
The project turned into a navigable space to walk through access routes, scale and operation. Our team includes real-time game designers.
A walkthrough of the completed infrastructure in operation, with a visual script, materials, lighting, cameras and people and vehicles in motion.
Recent work
Each viewer places the works on the real terrain and steps through them phase by phase, with a guided tour and a mini Gantt chart. The bidder is always kept confidential. Viewer interfaces are in Spanish.

Multidisciplinary coordination
We coordinate architecture, structure and building services in a federated model. We check hard clashes and minimum clearances, group the relevant issues and track their resolution from one model version to the next.

Not every tender or project needs the same thing. We size the work to what is at stake, the deadline and the level of demonstration you are after.

Workflow
Before modelling, we define the question each deliverable has to answer: a crane manoeuvre, two work fronts sharing space, a maintenance access or the final image of the project.
We extract geometry, dimensions, quantities and constraints, even when no CAD files exist.
We rebuild and georeference the required elements with a consistent classification.
We link the model to the construction programme to recreate the whole build.
Drawings, web viewer, renders, walkthrough or film: whichever combination is commissioned.

No. We can start from the design in PDF. If the drawings contain vector data, we recover the geometry and check it against dimensions, quantities, mapping and the rest of the project documentation.
No. The programme defines activities, dependencies and dates; 4D BIM links them to the model elements so you can see how each zone is built and check that the sequence holds together.
No. We deliver anything from an essential sequence to a complete immersive experience, and recommend a scope based on the intended use, the available documentation, the deadline and the budget.
Yes. We recreate a walkthrough of the finished works with operation, traffic, users, lighting and the viewpoints agreed with you.
The model in IFC or another agreed format, images in high resolution, videos as landscape or portrait MP4, and viewers as a web link that opens in any browser.
