BIM and visualization / Worldwide
From PDF to an immersive 3D experience.
A project does not have to start with a CAD file or an existing BIM model. We reconstruct the available information, coordinate the model and develop the visual experience your team needs.
PDF and CAD to BIM
We work from plans, sections, elevations, dimensions and schedules, whether the starting point is a PDF project or CAD drawings. The first step is to assess what the documents actually establish and where information is missing.
The agreed modelling scope defines disciplines, level of information, coordinate reference and deliverable formats. Geometry is checked against the source documents; unsupported assumptions and unresolved details remain identifiable. Accuracy depends on the evidence available, not on a blanket promise of millimetre precision.
4D BIM and construction timelapse
Connect model elements to the construction programme to show the sequence from the existing site to commissioning. Activities, dependencies, work zones and temporary conditions determine the simulation.
The scope can range from a concise sequence of key phases to detailed model-linked 4D planning and a cinematic construction timelapse. An existing structure remains in place where the project calls for refurbishment; the sequence must describe the actual work, not an invented build.
Interactive viewers and virtual reality
Let project teams explore the infrastructure, inspect spaces and understand interfaces. We develop interactive experiences around the information that needs to be communicated, with real-time 3D interaction.
Our team brings together engineering, BIM modelling and game-design specialists to create interactive experiences tailored to each project. A mobile web viewer, desktop walkthrough and headset-based experience require different performance and interaction decisions.
Architectural visualization and films
Show the completed infrastructure in operation through agreed camera routes, lighting, materials, users and activity. Architectural films can explain an arrival sequence, a public space, an industrial facility or the relationship between several project areas.
A film of the completed project and a construction timelapse are different deliverables. We define the purpose, storyboard, duration and level of visual detail before production. The new full-length project films are currently in production and are not presented here as completed case studies.
A scope that matches your project
Choose an essential phase visualization, a coordinated BIM model with construction simulation, or an immersive experience with architectural film. These are alternative levels of scope, not mandatory packages.
Send the available PDF or CAD project and the intended use. We review completeness, modelling effort, interfaces and delivery requirements before agreeing milestones. Digital modelling and visualization services are available to clients worldwide; public tender preparation is offered in Spain only.
BIM / Multidisciplinary coordination
BIM clash detection
Resolve interfaces before they reach the site.
We coordinate architecture, structure and building services in a federated model. We check physical intersections and agreed clearance requirements, group relevant issues and track their review across model revisions.
The scope defines model versions, coordinates, discipline pairs, tolerances and exclusions. Deliverables can include viewpoints, element references, priorities, assigned owners and issue reports or BCF exchanges, according to the agreed workflow. Proposed changes require approval by the responsible designers.
