We turn geometry into a working tool: identified equipment, component-linked documentation and bespoke applications for inspections and interventions.

Industrial BIM modellingManuals, records, drawings and history linked to equipment. This document structure underpins source-referenced copilots.
Document AI copilotsInspection records, priorities, work orders and closure evidence. Bespoke software for operator workflows and authorised integrations.
Bespoke applicationsWe organize drawings, manuals, inspections and maintenance records around identifiable equipment, systems and locations. This creates a foundation for finding the relevant information when an intervention is planned.
An asset inventory is not automatically an as-built record. We distinguish documented geometry, verified field conditions and information that still needs confirmation, so that the digital environment does not imply certainty that the source material cannot support.
Reconstruct the agreed disciplines and areas from the documentation available. Coordinate layout, access, equipment interfaces and maintenance space according to the model purpose.
The same model can support a visual explanation, an intervention review or a controlled document interface. An operational digital twin requires the relevant data connections and update process; we do not use that term for a static model alone.
Represent access, lifting, isolation, temporary arrangements and the sequence of work in an installation that must continue to operate. The scope is defined with the people responsible for operations and safety.
Factories, power plants and wastewater treatment facilities have different constraints. We adapt the planning and information structure rather than applying a generic construction sequence. Approvals and operating decisions remain with the designated technical teams.
Capture inspections, work orders, incidents, photographs and follow-up actions in an application designed for the contract. Link each record to the relevant asset or service area.
Offline operation, synchronization, user permissions and integration with existing maintenance systems are agreed requirements, not assumed capabilities. They are designed and tested against the actual working conditions of the team.
Digital engineering services are available worldwide. We agree the source documents, coordinate systems, languages, outputs and review milestones with each client.
These are industrial applications of our services, not claims of completed projects for named facilities. A demonstration or pilot can establish the information structure and workflow before a wider rollout.
